INTRODUCTION

Phillip Lee has nearly two decades of strategic finance and advisory experience in the biotechnology industry, having guided companies through critical growth phases, capital raises, and complex strategic transactions. Throughout his career, he has helped raise over $1 billion in capital, including crossover rounds, IPOs, and public follow-on financings. He has also worked on more than $20 billion of M&A transactions, encompassing company acquisitions, strategic partnerships, asset acquisitions, mergers, and spin-offs.

Mr. Lee's executive experience includes previously serving as Chief Financial Officer at Vaxart and Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Clover Biopharmaceuticals. He also previously held senior finance leadership positions at 4D Molecular Therapeutics and Cytokinetics. Mr. Lee began his career in investment banking and was a Principal and founding member of Centerview Partners' healthcare advisory practice. 

Mr. Lee holds dual bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences and Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
